Privacy policy
Information you provide
When you submit a quote request, we may collect your name, phone number, vehicle information, requested service, insurance preference, and any notes you add. We use that information only to respond, prepare a quote, schedule service, and handle related insurance work.
Google review score
An owner or authorized manager of the verified Family Auto Glass Business Profile authorizes our server to request the aggregate rating and total review count from Google about once a week. The request is limited to those two aggregate fields: we do not request or store reviewer names, review text, photos, or individual ratings. We securely cache the unmodified aggregate values and refresh time for no more than 28 days, and keep the OAuth credential as a protected server-side secret. A visitor's browser does not contact Google to load the score. If you choose the Google Maps link, Google may receive technical information under the Google Privacy Policy and Google Maps terms.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. We may share quote information with service providers that deliver the request or help us perform the requested work. We retain it only as long as reasonably needed for the request, legal obligations, warranty records, and fraud prevention.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your quote by calling (641) 431-4355. Some records may be retained when required for legal, accounting, insurance, or warranty purposes.
