Privacy policy
Information you provide
When you submit a quote request, we may collect your name, phone number, vehicle information, town or area, requested service, insurance preference, whether you agreed to receive text messages, and any notes you add. We use that information only to respond, prepare a quote, schedule service, and handle related insurance work.
Text messages (SMS)
If you check the optional text-message box on our quote form, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Family Auto Glass at the mobile number you provide. The box is unchecked by default, and you can request a quote or any service without checking it. Our texts are transactional and relate to your request or service, such as confirmation texts, appointment reminders, and updates about your job. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. The full text-message terms are in our website terms.
Opting out of text messages
Reply STOP to any text message at any time to opt out, and we will stop texting that number. Reply HELP for help, or call (631) 431-4355. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share mobile phone numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except service providers that process them on our behalf, such as our email and text-message providers.
Google review score
An owner or authorized manager of the verified Family Auto Glass Business Profile authorizes our server to request the aggregate rating and total review count from Google about once a week. The request is limited to those two aggregate fields: we do not request or store reviewer names, review text, photos, or individual ratings. We securely cache the unmodified aggregate values and refresh time for no more than 28 days, and keep the OAuth credential as a protected server-side secret. A visitor's browser does not contact Google to load the score. If you choose the Google Maps link, Google may receive technical information under the Google Privacy Policy and Google Maps terms.
Analytics and advertising measurement
We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to measure page visits, phone-link clicks, successful quote requests, and site speed. Our advertising partner, Rewired Tech, manages a separate Google Tag Manager container that measures how our Google Ads perform, including visits to the thank-you page shown after a quote request. These tools load by default. Google and advertising platforms loaded through them may receive technical information such as your browser, device, pages visited, and ad-click identifiers, and may set cookies. Our own measurement events do not include your name, phone number, vehicle, town or area, insurance choice, notes, or URL query strings. You can turn analytics off at any time using Analytics preferences in the footer; turning it off reloads the page to stop loaded tags, and your choice is saved in this browser's local storage when available.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. Quote requests are sent through MailChannels, our transactional email provider, to our sales inbox. MailChannels receives the submitted details only to deliver that message. If delivery fails, our server sends Sentry limited technical failure information such as the failure stage and HTTP status; it does not include the form's name, phone, vehicle, town or area, insurance choice, notes, or IP address. We may also share quote information with service providers that help us perform the requested work. We retain it only as long as reasonably needed for the request, legal obligations, warranty records, and fraud prevention.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your quote by calling (631) 431-4355. Some records may be retained when required for legal, accounting, insurance, or warranty purposes.
