Will my insurance cover the glass work?

Most comprehensive policies in New York cover glass damage, and many waive the deductible entirely for repairs. We verify your coverage up front and file the claim for you — you usually never touch the paperwork.

Can you come to me, or do I come to you?

We come to you. Our vans run mobile jobs on Long Island and throughout Brooklyn and Queens — driveway, office lot, wherever the car sits. We need roughly level parking and a workable weather window.

How long before I can drive again?

Repairs: immediately. Replacements: the urethane needs a safe drive-away time — typically 30 to 60 minutes depending on the adhesive and conditions. Your tech gives you the exact time, not a guess.

What's the difference between OEM and OEE glass?

OEM glass carries the vehicle maker's branding from the original supplier. OEE glass is built to the same specifications and safety standards without the logo — often for less. Both meet federal motor vehicle safety standards. We'll walk you through the options for your car.

What does the lifetime warranty actually cover?

Workmanship, for as long as you own the vehicle: leaks, wind noise, and molding or seal defects. Glass itself is covered against manufacturer defects. If something we did isn't right, we come back and make it right.
